CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before appointment time. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to notify us on the same day, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted. Appointment times will not be extended, but you will still be charged for the full service. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unexpected events may occur. If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted! NO CASH ACCEPTED.
